Roger Sherman is a two-time Academy Award-nominated American filmmaker. His series “American Masters”, featured artist Alexander Calder. He has received many awards, including a Peabody Award, an Emmy Award, and a CINE Golden Eagle.
Sherman’s subjects include history art and music, science and social issues, nature and the environment. Among his many films, “Richard Rodgers: The Sweetest Sounds”. He founded Florentine Films with Ken Burns.
