Nora Rawlinson is the vice president of library services at Time Warner. She is the first person to hold that position. Previously, Rawlinson was the editor of “Publisher’s Weekly” for 12 years and became the “Library Journal” book review editor in 1988 and editor in 1990. Rawlinson worked as the chief selector for the Baltimore County Public Library before entering the publishing arena.
