David Carmel is the American Vice President of Business Development for StemCyte. Prior to joining StemCyte, he was a manager in Pfizer?s Planning & Business Development group. In the 2004 election cycle, he worked on the California Stem Cell and Cures Initiative. He is a former White House Fellow to the Secretary of the Treasury in Washington and a co-founder of Jumpstart for Young Children.
