James K. Glassman is an American libertarian editorialist, journalist and author.

Glassman is most well-known for co-writing the book Dow 36,000 in 1999. He is currently a resident fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, a columnist at Townhall.com, the host of Tech Central Station, and a columnist for Scripps Howard News Service.

As a syndicated columnist, Glassman’s articles have appeared in newspapers around the world, including the “Los Angeles Times”, “The New York Times”, “The Wall Street Journal”, “The Washington Post”, “Forbes”, “The Atlantic Monthly”, “Reader’s Digest”, and “The Times Literary Supplement” (London).
