Joël Robuchon is a celebrated French chef. He was awarded the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France when he was only 28 and was later awarded the title of “Chef of the Century” by the Guide Gault Millau.
Robuchon’s post-nouvelle cuisine restaurant empire began in Paris and has since taken over the world, from Asia to the U.S. Robuchon is a three-star Michelin chef, renowned for the relentless perfection of his cuisine and credited with leading French cooking back to a more authentic and even style. Signature dishes include a cauliflower cream with caviar and potato puree. Robuchon opened his first New York restaurant, L’atelier de Joel Robuchon, in 2006, following it with a restaurant of the same name in Hong Kong.
