Joseph Lockhart is an American political consultant. He served as White House Press Secretary from October 5, 1998 to September 29, 2000 during the administration of President Bill Clinton, handling the press during the Clinton impeachment trials.
Lockhart was a senior advisor to the John Kerry 2004 presidential campaign. He currently resides in Washington, DC and is president of the consulting firm Glover Park Group.
