Warren Bruce Rudman was an American Senator from New Hampshire. He was elected as a Republican in 1980 and re-elected in 1986. He is now a retired partner in the international law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton, and Garrison, and sits on the board of directors of Raytheon, Collins & Aikman, Allied Waste Corporation, Boston Scientific and a number of funds in the Dreyfus Family of Funds.

Rudman served on the Senate Appropriations Committee and the Ethics Committee. His best known legislative effort was the Gramm-Rudman-Hollings Act. He, along with John H. Sununu, was a key factor in the appointment of US Supreme Court Justice David Souter.
