Mark Webber is an American actor. He was raised by a single mother in the pauper neighborhoods of North Philadelphia, often homeless, living in cars or abandoned buildings. Mark and his mother have been homeless advocates and aid volunteers for several years. He has starred in such films as “The Laramie Project” and “Snow Day”.
