R. Glenn Hubbard is an American economist and the current dean of the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He also the Russell L. Carson Professor of Economics and Finance and the Co-Director of The Entrepreneurship Program at Columbia University.

He served as Chairman of the U.S. Council of Economic Advisers under President George W. Bush, where he also chaired the Economic Policy Committee of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. Hubbard is a Visiting Scholar at the American Enterprise Institute, where he studies tax policy and health care.

A prolific author, Hubbard has written a best-selling textbook on money and financial markets and more than 90 scholarly articles.
