Irving Wladawsky-Berger
Irving Wladawsky-Berger is a Cuban computer scientist. He works in product development at IBM, and was a visiting professor of engineering systems at MIT and Adjunct Professor in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Group at the Imperial College Business School.
Wladawsky-Berger is a member of BP’s Technology Advisory Council. He served on the board and later acted as co-chair of the President’s Information Technology Advisory Committee from 1997 to 2001. He was also a founding member of the Computer Sciences and Telecommunications Board of the National Research Council in 1986, and was elected a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
