Abby Mann was an American film writer best known for his work on controversial subjects and social change. He is best known for the 1961 drama “Judgment at Nuremberg”, which won him the Academy Award that year. He received Emmys for “The Marcus-Nelson Murders”, “Murderers Among Us: The Simon Wiesenthal Story”, and “Indictment: The McMartin Case”.
