Edward Zwick is an American film director and film producer. Along with Marshall Herskovitz, he runs a film production company called The Bedford Falls Company. This company has produced such notable films such as “Traffic” and “Shakespeare in Love”, and the TV shows “thirtysomething”, “Once and Again” and “My So-Called Life”. Zwick was one of the recipients of the Academy Award for Best Picture for “Shakespeare in Love”, he was also nominated for “Traffic” as well.
