Bud Greenspan is an eight-time Emmy Award-winning film director, writer, and producer. He specializes in Olympic films.

Greenspan has produced several Olympics-related productions, including “16 Days of Glory”, “Lillehammer”, and “Triumph and Tragedy”. He was awarded the Olympic Order in 1985 by International Olympic Committee President Juan Antonio Samaranch.

He also created “Numero Uno”, a series of vignettes of top Athletes around the world in 1982 that was broadcast on PBS. His film company, Cappy Productions, Inc., is located in New York City.
