Ruth Wedgwood (née Glushien) is an American international law professor at Johns Hopkins University. She is noted for her conservatism and her support for the George W. Bush administration’s claim that the 2003 Invasion of Iraq was legal.

She has served as the Charles H. Stockton Professor of International Law at the U.S. Naval War College in 1998-1999.
