Nasser al-Kidwa is the Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Palestinian National Authority and formerly served in the same capacity for the Palestinian Liberation Organization. Little is known about the background of Nasser Al-Kidwa, Permanent = Observer from Palestine to the United Nations.
