Linda Emond is an American stage, film and television actress. Best known for her theater work, she has been nominated for and won many awards. For her work in ‘Homebody/Kabul’ she received an Obie Award, the Lucille Lortel Award, and nominations for Drama Desk, LA Drama Critics, and LA Ovation Awards. She was nominated 5 times for Jeff Awards for her role in ‘Chicago’ and won Jeff Awards for ‘Pygmalion’ and ‘The Winter’s Tale’. For her work on Broadway in ‘Life x 3’, she was nominated for a Tony Award as best featured actress in a play and won the Outer Critics Circle Award as outstanding featured actress in a play. She also played Abigail Adams in the Broadway production of ‘1776’.
