Margaret Carlson is an American journalist and a columnist for Bloomberg News. She is best known for being the first woman columnist at “Time” magazine. Margaret?s work has appeared in “Time”, “Washington Weekly”, and “The New Republic”. She was the first woman columnist in the “Time’s” history, has written a column for Bloomberg News since 2005, and writes a weekly column for the Los Angeles Times.

In 2003, Carlson published her first book, “Anyone Can Grow Up: How George Bush and I Made It to the White House”.
