Larry Ingrassia joined “The New York Times” in 2004 after 25 years at “The Wall Street Journal”, where he worked as a reporter and held several editing positions, including assistant managing editor. Under Ingrassia’s direction, the Journal won a 2003 Pulitzer Prize for corporate scandals coverage and a 2002 prize for breaking news on Sept. 11.
