John Rothrock, M.D. is an editor, doctor, and a national expert on the treatment of headaches. He is Director of a program specializing in headache and serves as Vice Chairman of the Department of Neurology. Dr. Rothrock has been chosen by his peers for inclusion in “Best Doctors in America” and “America’s Top Doctors” each of the past five years.
Dr. Rothrock served as Chair of Neurology at University of South Alabama College of Medicine from 1994 to 1999 and thereafter continued at that institution as Professor of Neurology and Associate Dean for Clinical Research. He also serves as Editor-in-Chief for “Headache”, the official journal of the American Headache Society and one of the nation’s most influential medical periodicals.
