Jay Carney is and American journalist and Washington Bureau Chief for “Time magazine. He has held the post since September 2005. Jay has written and reported about the Bush presidency, and was one of a handful of reporters who was aboard Air Force One with President Bush on Sept. 11, 2001. He later won the 2003 Gerald R. Ford Prize for Distinguished Reporting on the Presidency.
