Rich Lowry is editor of the conservative biweekly magazine, “National Review”.

Lowry, a 1990 graduate of the University of Virginia, where he edited “The Virginia Advocate”, is known as one of the youngest and most influential conservative commentators and analysts in the country. He joined William F. Buckley’s brainchild, “National Review” in 1992 and has been the magazine’s editor since 1997.

His first book, “Legacy, Paying the Price for the Clinton Years” was published in 2003 and is a scathing portrayal of President Bill Clinton, his character, and his tenure in office.
