Tutsi economist Bonaventure Niyibizi is a Rwandan genocide survivor who lost his mother, sister, five nieces and nephews, four uncles and their families in the tribal conflict that engulfed that country in the 1990’s. He is the Chairman of the Rwanda Multi-Sector Regulatory Agency (RMSRA). He also serves as Executive Secretary and Privatization Secretariat of RIPA.
