Tom Rothman is Chairman of Fox Filmed Entertainment. He has worked at Fox for over a decade, and held the position of President of Twentieth Century Fox Film Group, President of Production for Twentieth Century Fox, and was the founder and first President of Fox Searchlight Pictures.
In 2004, Rothman contributed to The Movie Business Book 3rd edition with a section titled “A Chairman’s View”. Included Fox films made during his production tenure are the “Moulin Rouge”, the “X-Men series”, “Sideways” and the number one grossing movie of all time: “Titanic”.
Rothman is a director of the AFI, and the recipient of the Arthur B. Krim Award for outstanding leadership in entertainment from Columbia University.
