Jonathan I. Landman is the Deputy Managing Editor of ?The New York Times? responsible for digital journalism. Previously, he was the assistant managing editor for enterprise, the metropolitan editor and editor of ?The Time’s Week in Review?. Previously, he served as deputy editor of the Washington bureau; assistant editor in Washington; assistant metropolitan editor and assistant national editor. Landman also supervised the creation of the new Money & Business section.
Prior to joining ?The New York Times?, Landman was a reporter at ?The Chicago Sun-Times?, then at ?Newsday?, followed by a stint as deputy city editor at ?The Daily News?.
