Jason Bateman is an American actor. After starring in several 1980s films, Bateman became known for his role on the television sitcom “Arrested Development”. Since the show’s end, he has also appeared in several Hollywood films. Bateman was awarded the Golden Globe in 2005 for “Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy” for his work on the Fox television series “Arrested Development”.
