Several things come to mind after watching the show and reading the comments made. I retired 4 years ago after teaching 8th graders English and American History for 37 years. I agree with the last comment (by TABS) and many of the others as well, and wanted to pick up on a few things Kopp says about her program as she deflects Rose's questions.

Educating humans is an individual process, each person moves at their own speed and has their own interests. The educational process of 100 years ago was more attuned to those needs. Excellent interview indeed! I generally catch Charlie at 1am and at times it is tough to maintain focus after a long day.
